1. The 9-box, which provides leaders with an objective methodology to evaluate employee performance, identify high potential team members, and facilitate conversations for growth goals
2. Core competencies, which offer benchmarks and shared language for people managers to identify the top skills required for each role within their organization and define a clear trajectory for growth and professional development
