Step 1: A Thorough Review of Your Business
Your initial discovery period with our team allows us to uncover targeted opportunities for scalability. As part of this phase, we also conduct a Clarity Call before our day together to ensure we fully understand the state of your firm.
Step 2: Full Day of In-Person Strategic Planning
You spend a full day with our expert team, getting personalized, one-on-one attention. Together, we'll dive deep into the challenges and opportunities within your business and create strategies to scale sustainably.
During our time together, we co-create the outline for your strategic roadmap.
Step 3: A Comprehensive Strategic Roadmap
Following our in-person day, we’ll finalize your 12-month roadmap and deliver it four weeks later.
This is a custom roadmap designed to meet your unique goals. It includes the specifics of how to build scalable models for your services, team, and financials, including priority projects, timelines, resources required for execution, and low-hanging fruit opportunities that require minimal effort but make a big impact on your firm.
Step 4: Execution
You'll receive all of the necessary details required to execute the roadmap. Some of our clients choose to execute on their own, while others seek our counsel and support.
In addition to 1:1 consulting and coaching, we provide on-demand and in-person workshops, courses, and training using our Agency to Asset™ framework, which can support your ongoing execution.
