This is a small, founder-only gathering for agency owners.

Sometimes we forget…we were never meant to do this alone.
It’s a strange moment to be building an agency.
So much is changing: the economy, client needs, the tools we use, and the way growth actually works right now.
It’s easy to feel disoriented.
Easy to second-guess yourself.
Easy to keep carrying the weight of unanswered questions while you keep charging ahead in the day-to-day of your business.
And yet, agencies are still growing every day.
Opportunity is still very real.
It just becomes harder to see when you’re disconnected from yourself and from people who understand what you’re navigating.
When you’re in the right room with the right people, something shifts.
You remember you’re not the only one asking these questions.
You hear how someone else navigated the thing you’re staring down now.
You get a perspective you couldn’t access on your own.
And suddenly, the road ahead feels more expansive.
This afternoon is about creating that kind of space.
We’ll gather in small groups with other agency owners who understand the pressure, the possibility, and the responsibility of running a scaling business right now.
Nothing is off the table.
We’ll talk honestly about growth, AI, hiring, and decisions that don’t have obvious answers yet.
Then we’ll open it up to mix, mingle, move, and connect.
You should leave feeling more like yourself.
More oriented.
More energized about what’s possible.
Sometimes one good conversation is enough to pull you out of a spiral and point you toward what’s next.
